1. Data controller

WineJet is a members-only club. The data controller's legal details will be published in this section later.

2. What we collect

On this site we collect only the phone number you voluntarily enter into the callback form on the home page. Along with the phone, we technically store:

a hash of your IP address (not the raw IP) — for spam protection;
the time of submission;
interface language (ru / en) and UTM parameters from the referral link.

3. Why we collect it

The single purpose is to call you back: tell you about the club, answer your questions, issue an invitation code. We do not use the number for marketing, do not share it with third parties, and do not join it to your profile in other services.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your voluntary consent, confirmed by a checkbox next to the phone field before you submit the form (Federal Law No. 152-FZ, Article 6 §1(1)).

5. Retention

We keep your number for up to 90 days after submission. After that, the record is automatically deleted. If you become a club member, the number is moved to your user profile — from that moment processing is governed by the app policy at app.mywinejet.ru.

6. Your rights

At any time you may:

withdraw your consent;
request a copy of your data;
ask for correction or deletion.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

technical — for the 18+ age gate and language preference;
analytics — Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics (on the English version, only after you accept cookies in the banner).
